Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Your date is not confirmed until the deposit is received. Provisional bookings will be held for 24 hours pending deposit payment.
Final payment is due by the date specified in your invoice or agreement. We are unable to accept bookings from anyone under the age of 18.
Setup Requirements
The Client must ensure the setup area is clean, clear, and ready for installation at the agreed time. Boston Party Co. equipment is not to be climbed on, leaned on, or moved from its original setup location. Adequate adult supervision is required at all times, especially around small decorative items that could pose a choking hazard for young children.
LiabilityBoston Party Co. accepts no responsibility for injuries, accidents, damages, or loss that may occur during the hire period. All use of our equipment is at the Client’s and guests’ own risk. The Client assumes full responsibility for the safety and conduct of guests during the event. Boston Party Co. is not responsible for any allergies, sensitivities, or health-related issues related to our equipment, materials, or décor.
Damage, Loss & Cleaning
The Client is responsible for any damage, loss, or excessive soiling of Boston Party Co. equipment beyond normal wear and tear. Damaged items will be assessed, and the Client will be responsible for the cost of repair. If we are unable to repair the item, the Client will be responsible for the cost of replacing the item at its current replacement value. Please note that
certain large items, such as tents or bubble houses, may exceed $800 per item to replace. A damage invoice will be issued if necessary, with payment due within 7 days of notification.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you cancel your event:
- 30 or more days before the event: 100% refund
- 29–15 days before the event: 50% refund
- 14–7 days before the event: 25% refund
- 6 or fewer days before the event: no refund
We are happy to reschedule your event due to acts of God or nature (such as severe weather or natural disasters) within 6 months of your original date, subject to availability. If the event is not rescheduled within 6 months, it will be considered a cancellation and the above refund policy will apply.
Boston Party Co. reserves the right to cancel your booking due to acts of God or extreme circumstances that prevent us from delivering your event. In such cases, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.
General TermsSmoking and pets are not permitted near Boston Party Co. equipment. The Client is responsible for ensuring that all guests are informed of these Terms & Conditions. By submitting a booking and deposit, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
